We currently only provide services for dogs and cats.
Ensure your pet is in a calm space with minimal distractions. If your pet requires medication, administer it about 1.5 hours before the visit to allow it to take effect. Have any necessary supplies ready.
We use a gentle, patient approach to help pets feel at ease. If your pet has a history of severe anxiety, let us know in advance.
Safety is our top priority for your pet, you and us. We have experience handling difficult pets and will bring appropriate restraint devices, such as muzzles, if needed. However, if it is not safe to continue, we will not proceed with the service. Please inform us in advance if your pet has a history of aggression or behavioral challenges.

We do not offer emergency or urgent care services. For emergencies, please contact your nearest veterinary clinic.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, there may be a cancellation fee.
We currently provide in-home pet care in the Ottawa Valley. If you're unsure if your location is covered, feel free to reach out!
🚗 Travel Fees: Travel fees are calculated based on the distance from our home base in Nepean. While we don’t share our exact address for privacy reasons, we use a consistent distance-based system to determine travel costs.
